Hi, I’m Cassandra
Occupational Therapist
& Mindful Yogi
I help women better understand their bodies through evidence-based education that connects pelvic health, core function, movement, and everyday wellbeing. My work focuses on making complex health information simple and practical; supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health dysfunction, and the many transitions of motherhood and beyond. Through a combination of occupational therapy principles, functional anatomy, and mindful movement, I aim to help women feel more informed, confident, and connected to their bodies!
I am also a mama to two young daughters, who are my main inspiration to empower girls and women, and challenge social norms within women’s health.
My mission is to educate and empower women to gain a thorough understanding of their bodies through anatomy, movement, and evidence-based education, and equip them with the knowledge to make informed choices and confidently care for their wellbeing.
Through my support, women will be able to take actionable steps towards improving their health and enhancing their quality of life.
