Pelvic Floor Wellness Call (Virtual)
Understanding and treating the pelvic floor goes far beyond manual techniques! More recently, pelvic floor therapy has gained a lot of popularity, especially as women become more confident discussing the delicacy of pelvic health symptoms, and advocating for their own health. This 1-on-1 virtual session will focus on pelvic floor wellness by addressing your everyday habits, routines, environment, and daily activities.
During your virtual visit you can expect to discuss:
• self-assessment for your pelvic floor and core
• addressing pain and dysfunction and how it’s affecting your day-to-day
• customized exercise plan and strategies for optimal breathing patterns, posture and alignment, and daily movement
• identifying techniques to improve dysfunctional patterns and habits by taking actionable steps towards improving your health and quality of life.
Pelvic Floor and Women’s Wellness Coach (Virtual or In Person)
As a women’s health educator, coach, and certified yoga instructor, I look forward to assisting you in overcoming pelvic health barriers/dysfunction, and the many bodily changes that you will experience throughout your lifetime. Together we will focus on improving diet and exercise habits, reducing stress, and proactively managing symptoms associated with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, scar healing (from abdominal or caesarean surgery) and so much more! With my ongoing support, you will learn new skills to feel more self-confident along with improving your overall pelvic and sexual health.
*If you’re already seeing a physical or occupational therapist for symptom management, this is a great tool to accompany your pre-existing services for an all-around client-centered approach that aims to empower, educate, and elevate your health and wellness journey.

Private yoga session (45-60 min)
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, working one-on-one is a great way to acknowledge mental and physical well-being, as well as building the foundational basis in yoga; enhancing knowledge, building strength, and engaging in self-care. This client-centered session will allow you to customize your yoga practice in order to meet your own personal needs and goals. Additionally, my extensive knowledge in rehabilitation will serve to help you build strength and flexibility, overcome injury or address problem areas, practice mindfulness, and develop coping strategies for everyday life.
Private yoga session can be geared towards one or more of the following:
